When I woke up this morning and looked out of the window I saw a huge sign on the pavement. Letter where 2 foot high and full message easily over 20 foot long very work actually.

It said H.N.C. GUNCHESTER 2013 and drawn bullet trails, has anybody have any idea what it might be about?
