Theyd love it if was 20 rpm....council(s) hate motorists, always have. Determined to get us all back living in ye olde horse and cart days.

Really I  was thinking 20,000 rpm. Manchester council think wheels should be square....

Too many peecee leftys in Mcr Council intent on waging war on motorists, been that way for decades.  Strangling the life out of the city centre with parking restrictions, nowhere to park, and rip off parking charges.  Councillors used to be retired businessmen types who knew that a thriving local economy, esp retail, relies on ease of use by shoppers. They'd never stand for all this garbage.

Handed it to places like "The Trafford centre" on a plate........bung time again me thinks. Are pair of Muppet councillors hate me with a passion and so they should too!
